It's Official...
We're in escrow. Hopefully, if all goes well with the inspection, we will close by mid-December. The current owners are renting back until January 15, which works out just fine. Our apartment lease ends January 30. We'll let you know more as the situation progresses. If you want to take a look at the house, here are a few pictures.
