Indian Food: Yum!
Our family loves Indian food. A couple of weeks ago, I tried my sister's recipe for Butter Chicken. (Thanks, Erin!) It took so much less time to prepare than Chicken Tikka Masala, and everyone enjoyed it, although the kids would have preferred less peas.
